Your student will use their ColbyCard to gain access to residence halls and dining halls, check books out of the libraries, do laundry, buy postage, buy a soft drink, make photocopies, and make purchases at the Joseph Family Spa, Caporale Coffee Lounge, Bookstore, Library, and Health Center.  You will need to supply your students first name, last name and ID number.   If you would like to add money to your student's ColbyCard you may do so by clicking here.  Please click on the "Guest / Parent Deposit *Note: This is where parents and family members make a deposit.  Click Here" sentence on the lower part of the web page.

It is now possible for parents to view some our student's financial and academic information such as: Student Account Statement, Grades and Student Schedule.  Permission to do so must be granted by your student.  Once this step has been taken you will receive an email from your student with your ID (login) and password.  Log into the MyColby portal using the "login" button in the upper right hand corner, you will be granted access to additional pages (links to the left) under the Parents portal.
