Career Services
Colby's Office of Career Services offers a rich variety of counseling resources designed to assist students not only with the basics of resume writing, interviewing and career planning, but also with help in finding summer jobs, arranging internships and making contacts within the College's extensive alumni network. >>
 
Financing a Colby Education
The expense of a Colby education can be a complicated challenge. There are many factors that will affect your decision on how you pay your college bills, including the size of the required payment, your current income, other obligations, future expenses, and employment plans. Getting to Colby
Located in the heart of central Maine, the College is easily reached by car, plane, or bus. Colby is 70 miles northeast of Portland and 180 miles northeast of Boston. Major airlines fly into both Bangor and Portland, and rental cars or bus transportation are available there and in Waterville. Greyhound Bus Lines has a terminal in Waterville. A local limousine service connects Colby and Waterville with the Portland and Bangor airports. >>
 
Area Accommodations
Lodging options are plentiful in Waterville and the surrounding area. From convenient in-town hotels to lakeside bed-and-breakfasts and campgrounds, there are a variety of options for your visit to Colby. >>
